We have never been in unbuilt, natural cave. Can we do the tour?
You don’t need any previous experience in caving for the tour.

How long do the caving tours last?
The duration of the tours for tourists, families and friends, the caving gifts, the caving school field-trips depend on the speed and size of the group, but it usually takes 2.5-3 hours. The underground geography lessons take about 3-3.5 hours and the team building takes 3-4 hours.

Are there age limits for the tours?
Age limit: from 6-55 years

Is the cave open whole year?
Yes we have caving tours year-round (except 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st Dec, 1st Jan).

What kind of equipment do we get and what we need to bring with us?
You get headlight, helmet and overall. You only need to bring your own shoes (high heeled shoes and thongs are not suitable!). It is best to wear comfortable clothes under the overall. The tour doesn’t lead on wet parts of the cave.

We are a big group can we still take the tour?
Yes, but we split the big group into smaller groups.

I am overweighted / I have claustrophobia. Can I still do the tour?
Usually one in every 200-300 poeple have claustrophobia, but claustrophobia already shows up at the entrance of the cave. There are narrow parts on the tour, but for overweighted poeple it is physical weariedness that can cause problem. If you can move for 2,5-3 hours you can do the tour. The participation is not recommended for very overweight people.

How can I book for the tour and when do the tours start?
We have english guided tours on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the afternoon, every Tuesday and Thursday in the morning, and on Saturday in the early afternoon. The tour can also be done at any other date, but in this case the minimum number of participants is 5 persons, and the tour should be booked 4 days earlier.
