Caving tours under Budapest for families, friends

2½–3-hour-long crawling and climbing in the longest cave of Hungary, the Pál-völgyi cave system, which is a real labyrinth system situated mostly under the elegant residences of Budapest. The tours lead on unbuilt, natural parts of the cave, with the supervision of professional caving guides.  All the necessary equipment - overall, helmet, light - is provided. You can change your clothes in changerooms, found at the cave entrance. Though one has to crawl, climb, scramble or creep many times during the tour, no previous experience in caving is needed.

Usually we have english guided tours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays late in the afternoon. The tour can also be done at any other date, but in this case the minimum number of participant is 5 persons, and the tour should be booked four days earlier.

Children under 14 years need an approval from their parent to participate on the tour if the parent is not present at the tour. The form can be downloaded from here: parental approval form
